Refund policy

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered according to the tracking information.
• The returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@knittingandthecity.com with your order number and reason for the return. 
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
